I am worried that as we approach half way through Q2 we have still no news. I have bought my PS4 Pro and my Thrustmaster T4 and have been watching endless ED YouTube videos as well as researching and bookmarking all the great community tools. I can't remember when I was so obsessed with a new game launch. So some news or a release date would be great right now even just that it will be launched at E3... I am running out of YouTube videos to watch!

i don't blame the posters, i sort of can't blame FDev either. its not like its a completely new ps4 game we are getting so i can see why there is no marketing because there is none need due to all the pc/xb1 reviews and youtube videos, but to still be silent so close to the end of q2 is a little worrying.

I do blame FDev for the poor show of actually showing PS4 or talking about it.
You might want to share that blame with PS4 (Sony), their as tight lipped as FD.
Once upon a time, the "duplicate thread hammer" was wielded in these forums to reasonable effect.
I've been part of the hunt to locate where said hammer was lost for some time, but please join me in my prayers as we hope it returns to us in our time of need.

I'm not worried, but I am disappointed. Somewhere along the way Frontier transformed from a transparent, community-centered Kickstarter project to an Apple-like skunkworks obsessed with secrecy. Ironically, Apple at least shares important dates with us. This is one of the reasons I'm a big fan of open source software IRL.
It's all mute, as they know we'll give them our money regardless. A pity, really, because I'm sure there are developers on the team who would love to share what they are up to (I speak from experience). If I were to blame anyone, it would be Frontier's marketing team. History is full of examples where the marketing team steered companies straight into Sagittarius A*, against the engineers wishes. One such company made the computer I played the original Elite on. Now that's irony.

They can't announce it here without telling the stock market first (rules), and they have said q2, and E3 is in q2 with a few weeks to spare, so please, everyone just calm down, have a cup of tea, and a biscuit or three, it's Soon (tm)

the plot thickens, someone somewhere knows exactly what is happening, i'm just surprised nothings been leaked yet. NMS and destiny were notorious for leaks, yet surprisingly nothing has leaked from FDev's fortress
