First off I will state that I am aware of a text on the support site that states

However, I have had this issue for over 22 days and a ticket open for 16 days now. It was opened on December 25th, 2024 18:04 which apparently means that everybody was off work. It is now January 10th, 2025 and both the Twitch website for Drops has not been updated to reflect the drops being given away since the campaign started.

The drops ran on Twitch between Thursday 12th December at 11:00 UTC to Thursday 9th January at 11:00 UTC as stated by Frontier themselves on their website here: https://www.planetcoaster.com/news/2024-12-12/claim-firework-outfit-twitch-drops-your-avatar

There are campaigns on the Frontier website for drops which are for the 3 games "Elite Dangerous", "Lemnis Gate" and "Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters" but not Planet Coaster 2.

So where is support?
I have done everything required, twitch account linked watched bad streamers for the required time, all I want is to spruce up my screenshots with snazzy firework outfits.
 
I don't know how this is working...
Might it be possible that they add the drops availability to the next PC2 update?
 
I got mine back before Christmas without any problem.

Did you check on Twitch, click on your profile icon at top right, then select drops from the drop down menu, then Inventory should show you what drops you earned and if they have been claimed. You probably already did that, but just in case...
