Where is this bin..? I did not find it.

Where is the coming soon sign..? I did not find it too.

Just search in Scenary for Bin. It's listed in the game as: Recycling Bin.

The coming soon sign doesnt exist as an item, but you could make it using a billboard.

Well the 'Coming Soon' sign doesn't exist in that form any more, they changed it after Beta. The shape of it is still there under Building > Wall Signs > Misc Signs as "Editable Sign - Gradient Large Lit" and "Editable Sign - Gradient Small Lit" (and it still even has 'Coming Soon' on the icon for it [weird] ) but now it looks like this:

and...after this new update today...you can tag this with whatever filter name you want so you can find it easier in the future
