Ok this is driving me crazy i killed 50 ships trying to expand a system for the Feds it said i should confirm the operation by bringing the bonds to a fed controlled station. im in a fed controlled station for the power i chosen and still no bonds showing. any one knows how to deliver the bonds ?
Where should i deliver the Expansion Military strike bonds ?

Oh never mind finally figured it out. the bonds r delivered in a controlled system which i thought the one i was in but it wasnt it was an exploit system. oops
