Where should I write to turn off the strobe lights in emergency buildings?

They give me nausea and headache. I'm starting to avoid such missions because of these troboscopes. I'm not even talking about the fact that they do not add atmosphere and beauty. In the real world, they would never be placed in an emergency building because they are useless.

It occurred to me that they could create problems for players with epilepsy. An option to turn them off or reduce them would be sensible.

They can simply be pulsing red/amber lights and still convey the same atmosphere. So I'm on board with this. No need to have flashing lights if it's not strictly necessary.

I don't know if I'll give good advice, but there is a thread about hud modification that might get rid of that problem for you, if you're willing to make some modifications to the inner graphics settings.
