Where the in game "Help" is no help at all

For The Purpose of Drawing The Dev's Attention to Issues That Are Lacking in Information
More often than not i find myself reading through the "Help" of this game when i get stuck or lost only to come up empty with any useful info, and often quit the game to look online for clues/answers. This in my eyes is ridiculous, a third party should not be necessary to get simple answers to simple questions.
For an example Transport Rides, there are 5 available which one should i use?
Well hovering the mouse over each one tells me nothing(which it should but that's for another thread), so maybe i'll check the "Help". In the "Help" there is 1 page on Transport Rides with 1 paragraph on Shuttle Mode. This is a Very simple rundown of what a Transport Ride is but does Not tell me anything useful like the seating capacity of a single unit or any building requirements.
How much overhead clearance do i need to have a riverboat go under a bridge?
I don't know, and after trial and error and looking online i still don't know.
Could i have put more effort into looking online? Yes, but i shouldn't have to and that's the point.

I absolutely agree on the lack of information on transport rides! I still have no idea how they work exactly. I don't get what minimum/maximum wait time means for a ride, how the game prioritizes separate things like wait time, load (how many people per unit), minimum time between ride take off, etc. The same goes for a lot of other information, like all the things you can do with barriers (found out through trial and error), how the tabs on a habitat work, what the animal management tab does, how to use it... In short, there's not really any kind of explanation about the more advanced mechanics beyond what (sort of) gets explained when you play the scenarios.

Yes, you are so right!

I nearly dropped the game, when in tutorial I was asked to delete a barrier. I tried pressing the delete-button, but it made no difference. did the tutorial or the help-pages help me? no. it stated "delete the barrier" but not how to delete it or what to to. And so it goes on and on. thousands of questions - but no answers.
And to make it even more complicated, there are things you can't do in tutorial/scenarios (eg. terraforming or delete certain things) and they not even tell you they disabled certain things - so you start out in your first "real" game knowing literally nothing. It is so frustrating!
