Where to buy ASP and best FSD near Sol ?

So...
I have a Cobra and wanted to see the alien wreckage.
Thought, no problem, just plot the fastest route and engage.
But I was stupid and lazy and got myself into a problem.
Scooped once, and then it was 3-4 jumps that got me surrounded with a big cluster of brown dwarfs, with my fuel at minimum, of course.
Long story short, had to self-destruct.

Now I'd like to try again, but I'd like to buy ASP and equip it with the best FSD.
Haven't played Elite in a while, so forgot most of the stuff.
If someone knows where to buy ASP and best FSD for it near Sol, please let me know ASAP :D

Just pointing out - 20% off Asp price at Irkutsk in Alioth. Get the permit then go. Best thing is to go exploring and sell the data at the faction station. What was that faction again? Lemme think...ah yes. Sobek. Alioth Independents. Landis Freeport.

Um, you do know about the Fuel Rats, right? You should never "have" to self-destruct.

And yes, once you're back from your alien sightseeing, sell the data with the Alioth Independents, get yourself the Alioth permit, fly to Irkutsk and buy a replacement Asp for 20% discount. Best discount in the galaxy at the moment.

Getting the Alioth permit will be even more value for money once 2.2 arrives, because Irkutsk also has 20% discount on the Orca.
