So I've tried high tech systems, large populations, low populations, military outposts and I can't seem to find any Military grade composite bulkheads anywhere!!!!! Tried these as these are the ones that people have suggested, but to no avail.
Can someone let me know if I have just been unfortunate and to keep trying the high tech systems or if I am looking in the wrong places?
