Where to buy corrosive resistant cargo racks? Cannot find.

I unlocked the corrosive resistant racks but I cannot find them in INARA under outfitting. I searched for posts and old posts said they are avsilable in Palin, but Palin does not exist. Is this because this is a live game and you need to wait for them to be made to become available?

What station is Palin at in Arque? I thought he would be at Abel lab in 4e, but I only found Abel Prospect, and you cannot land there. I found in 4e poulton analytics lab, but their outfitting is unavailable. Do I need to scale the planets to find the lab? How can you find Palin?

Oh, I figured it out. Duh. Palin is an eng I have not yet gained access to. He does not even show up on my list, and the base is not yet revealing itself to me. Thanks.

Or is he an English thats need to be unlocked? I do not even see him in my eng list.

I'm not sure if he's English, but yes, he's an engineer that needs to be unlocked first by travelling 5000 LY away from your starting system.

Find a Human Tech Broker - they will let you buy larger racks than Palin anyway https://inara.cz/techbroker/ though you do need Meta Alloys

palin only sells 1 and 2 ton crcr anyway, to anyone

as Factabulous said, go see a human tech broker then you can get 16 ton crcr
