Where to buy Imperial Courier

Hello, I am wanting to buy the Imperial Courier and I was hoping someone could help me too find a station close to me where it is on sale (discounted). Im currently in Achenar system, docked at Baker Terminal, as someone told me it was on sale, but i must be too late, hoping someone here may know somewhere it is, and close by.

Large Pop, High Tech systems in Imperial space.... should not take long to find a shipyard that does.... using the filters etc in Galaxy map
