Braun Enterprise in the Samequit system should have them, but that’s just outside the starter systems.
I don’t believe you can purchase anything like that in the starting area, at least not at this time.
Eddb.io is a nice site for finding what you’re looking for, I didn’t see any on there.
Outside of the starter zones, you will find a greater variety of parts to improve your ship, and different kinds of ships for sale.
Maybe it’s time to move on, huh?
