Where to buy Platinum?

So, been looking like crazy and started to give up, but where am i able to buy platinum? Have not been able to find a station that sell this, pref around Eravate area, or is it only able to be mined?

Been thro systems in hundreds - none so far sold Platinum (plenty of Med/High demand tho for it)...

Not at PC right now but I'm sure I've seen it in or around Arcturus where I've set up home for my newbie phase. Unlikely to get on for next day or so but will post details if you are still looking when I am back on board.
