Can anyone Tell Me What Name of Space Station and Star System That Will sell Self-Guided Plasma Launchers...?

First you have to tell us what Self-Guided Plasma Launchers are. There are Plasma Accelerators, Advanced Plasma Accelerators, and Guardian Plasma Chargers. All of them are only available in fixed versions; the first can be bought with credits, the second are a powerplay weapon, and the third have to be unlocked at tech brokers.

There are also the smaller Plasma Repeaters, found on certain SLFs (again, Fixed mount) and on the Scarab SRV turret.

That was a joke - self guided as "by himself".

There are no "self guided" plasma weapons. I feel like you might want "gimballed" plasmas, but those do not exist.

If you're not looking for to the visceral sensation of all that hot sexy plasma fired from your ship running at above 150% heat as it mercilessly penetrates the back door of your target and crushes it's internals, with your own aim being what guided it there, did you actually want to use plasma in the first place?

Also Ray Gateway - Diaguandri has most modules at a discount if you pledge to Li-Rong Yui in Powerplay.

However there are no ship-based plasma weapons that are "self guided", all ship based plasma weapons are fixed(as in you have to aim yourself) and SRV weapons are not interchangeable, though they are gimballed, the closest to "self-guided". But SRV weapons can't be exchanged, the scarab has a slow but accurate "Plasma Repeater", the scorpion has a fast but inaccurate "Gatling Plasma".
