Where to cash in explo data in Colonia?

Is there a good faction in Colonia that could use the influx?

I always sell the data to Dove Enigma when I'm doing it in Colonia. For the story, regardless of factions.

I only sell "essential" data when I'm in Colonia (ELWs and other special systems). I try to spread the data-selling around, rather than dump it all in one place, so I don't disrupt the delicate balance of power the Colonialists are trying to maintain with each other in most systems.

Thanks for the suggestions. I usually don't have the will to spread it around and I can't imagine to filter the data in any other way than page 1, 2... But making friends with several factions in Colonia wouldn't hurt.
