Where to collect bounty from "Social Wolf 1301 Progressive Party" if not in Wolf 1301?

Hi fellow CMDRs,

I shot one nasty guy interdicting me. He had a bounty on his head (I used the kill warrant scanner before shooting him into spacedust)
But where can I collect this bounty? None of the Stations in said system Wolf 1301 belongs to "Social Wolf 1301 Progressive Party"

I apologize in advance if I should be blind
