Where to deliver goods for second space or surface station?

Our squadron finished their first Coriolis station two hours ago. We chose another space installation and a surface installation to be built next.
Where do the required goods have to be delivered?

I don't know about the second space station, but the location of the surface station has a temporary construction site that you deliver the goods to.

While the architect menu now shows "1/2" construction sites for the planet, I can't find a construction site on the planet. I did a surface scan of the planet and flew around it with my ship. Nothing shows in Nav menu.

I don't know how you do this at all. I completed my coriolis port yesterday and don't have the option to build anything in the system. Concensus seems to be you have to wait until the next Thursday tick, yet there are multiple people posting that they are able to build more :s

There is a bug being reported around this behavior.

Did you check the System Map in the left hand side menu and select Architect View? (Sorry, I don't know the exact names because my game's language is set to German.)

Yes. It looks like it was a bug because now I log in and I have the green icons, when I have not had them for the last 24 hours.
