Where to download the new Launcher version?

Trying to start E: D, Launcher wants me to download new version.
When I click yes to download it, only a blank page opens on my browser.
Where should I download 0.4.6568.0 version of the Launcher?

It should just happen when you try to launch the game

Oh well, swapping Firefox 66 in place of Nightly 68 as default browser solved the issue, new Launcher downloaded & installed.
