Newcomer / Intro Where to find A 5 Frame Shift Drive?

So I've finally got enough money to upgrade my Frame Shift Drive to A5, but suddenly all the systems I've seen them in no longer have them!
I've even checked the wiki and the single system listed there but to no avail.

So have any of you seen them for sale recently on your travels?
