Searching for hours and find it right after I post it.

I find in at LTT 1873 - HADID CITY.

Yea, I saw that site, but it's pretty useless. It can't find anything.

Diaguandri has everything except the 7A powerplant AFAIK and everything is 15% off even to non-Yi Long Rui supporters
