Elite / Frontier Where to find Elite 3 ?

Good evening,
I'm looking for "Elite 3: Frontier First Encounters" in french (if it possible the version out in 2002). But I can not find a site that sell the game.

I had read it was available for free on this site: http://elite.frontier.co.uk/
But I did not find the link. Where could I buy/download the game?

ps: I do not speak very well, so I hope I expressed myself well.
