where to find federal navy jobs?

anyone know where the best places to look for federal navy jobs are? im really trying to fix my unfriendly reputation which im assuming is bc i took missions when i firist started and forgot to finish and now im trying to reprove myself or something.

From what I know, you would need to do some simple and probably mundane missions for a faction in the system that the Federations like until they begin to notice you. I believe the better your standing is, the better chances of missions being generated for you.
