Newcomer / Intro Where to find 'Liberate bootleg liquor' missions?

I'm currently hunting down Settlement Defense Plans, as I've been told the Liberate Bootleg Liquor missions are the best way to farm them (but you need to be a bit lucky with those missions as well).

Are there certain Governments or system states which has a higher likelihood of having those missions?
I am aware that most of these LBL missions have the cordial+ requirements, and I've checked the entire mission board. Even the locked missions. I rarely find 1 LBL mission.

I'm currently looking in Anarchy systems, as they are the only place where bootleg liquor aren't illegal cargo.

There's a wartime surface salvage version of that too. Since War is an obvious state that might be easier to find. Just make sure you don't pick up the space salvage.

\o/ :cool:(y)🤟👌:alien: Congrats. Very impressive. I gave up on those some time ago. I think I have 4. The only mod that I can't get without that engineer is headshot damage, anyway, which is not something I care about in this game.

There's a wartime surface salvage version of that too. Since War is an obvious state that might be easier to find. Just make sure you don't pick up the space salvage.

Silly me. I thought LBL missions were the only mission with crashed skimmers. Thank you both so very much!

There's also Espionage missions that target SDPs. Might take a few days but it's regular gameplay instead of a mind numbing relog grindfest.

I was watching a livestream while I got a surface mission with 2 crashed skimmers. I didn't pay attention to the game, and just zoned out. I ended up with more SDP than needed.

Not in Colonia. We never have systems in War state, just small subsidiary factions within a system.
