Where to find more juice targets?

Hello forum!

Im in dire need of help. Currently i have been bounty hunting in a Resource Extraction site in the system Furbaide in my Viper. However I found out that it is boring as mostly Sidewinders spawn to battle me which have only have like several thousands of Cr bounty. Where shall I go to start hunting ASPs etc for 40k+ Cr bounties (these spawn like every 10 hours ONE)? Should I get closer to the inner of the galaxy or to the rims of the galaxy? How does difficulty progression works in the game?
If anybody has some time explaining these things to me and giving some tip which Systems have great Resource Extraction farming points I would be so happy.

If you're after Asps then nav beacons are probably your best bet. You may get lucky at USS as well.

Extraction sites at or near High Tech systems with large populations generate a sorts of ships from Sidewinders to Anaconda...Bounties are form 200CR to 140,000CR

Extraction sites in poor small mining systems have only got small time ships.
