General / Off-Topic Where to get a youtube fix that compares to Isinona?

Haven't watched Isiona yet so not sure what to expect but two you tubers who do ED content that I like to watch are "Vindicator Jones" and "Obsidian Ant"

Ugg, the un-washed smell of roleplayers. More prevalent these days with "adults" playing "pretend" content to make up for the games lack of it.

Try Ghost Giraffe's Space Taxi episodes. They're hilarious and very well made stories.

Thanks a lot for the link. I tried it - got to be honest, didn't watch a full one - but it's not my thing. I dunno, there's tons of channels for Elite, but Isinona's style, as well as the flying skills, are what does it for me. No voiceover, complete immersion in the task at hand without adding any context. I guess it's an impossible request. I will probably still watch all of Space Taxi.

I also like Obsidian Ant. I think I may have watched a bit of Vindicator Jones. I am pretty sure everyone will enjoy Isinona, so go and watch...

Well, I dunno what you mean, really. Yes, Isinona does play a role he chooses, but in doing so he shows how you can fully immerse yourself in any task without being obsessed by the next shiny token.

I get what you're saying. Normally I like games that tell me a story with only minimal skill based barriers to progress and I don't like it when I don't have set goals to progress the story. But I've always been used to filling in the gaps with Elite, I spent a childhood creating a universe that made sense of it (the original), so I'm OK with this particular game requiring you to make your own story in the galaxy they provide.

Ugg, the un-washed smell of gamers. More prevalent these days with "adults" playing "pretend" content to make up for their life's lack of it.
