Where to land first, help!

Ok so when Horizons beta drops i want to head out and looks for something mysterious, I'm torn. Do I head for the moons of Merope or LV-426 (alien) in search of aliens/thargoids/big foot?

Do you guys have any other suggestions of somewhere cool to land first?

I will land on the closest planet i can land on. =) I wanted to land on the moon, but of course they destroyed that joy with permit.

Like I've said on here before CMDR, let me know if you find my home planet (LV-426) I've not yet........getting home sick now

Maybe it was the Black Goo that we created that destroyed the whole system

Seriously though, if any CMDR's find anything remotely close to its name in ED let me know, I wanna check that out too.

To be honest I've not even decided on a home system yet after months of playing, so I'm not sure where to land either yet.

I was maybe thinking of basing myself in Achenar.....it has a white station with the palm trees, plus a good few places to land when Horizons drops, including moons with high percentages of metal.

Or or just go to Sol and land somewhere in our system.

yeah dude if it is in there i propose arranging a group expedition to the planet.

Definitely CMDR! I've heard of a place that sounds kind of like it......Luca/L-V-4-2-6 or something like that? Far far away somewhere.

So there is nothing in Zeta-1 Reticuli where it's supposed to be then? Or anywhwere near there?

Well, Ive just had a quick look. Can't find it any more!?! It used to be in zeta-1 reticuli near the 2nd star. It seems the system has changed or I'm forgetting where I left it!
