Where to Sell Ancient Ruins Artifacts?

I went to the alien ruins for the community goal, got lots of data for it, and came back. When I got back I found that it was over in less than a day (probably because of people switching modes to get more data). Luckily, I didn't come back completely empty-handed; I still have just under half a million credits worth of artifacts (totems, urns, relics, etc). I would sell them, but I can't find anywhere that gives me their full value for them. I might even just save them in case they get depleted like the meta alloys did after the rush for finding barnacles. In that case, can I transfer them from my Anaconda to another ship to hold on to them?

At this time, you can't store cargo, so you'll have to hang on to it if you want it for the future. You can transfer cargo from ship to ship though, but you can't leave cargo in a ship that's docked.
