Powerplay Where to turn in PP piracy goods?

Hi there,
i recently signed to "whatever powerplay faction" and scooped some powerplay goods of the opposite faction. in inventory it says bring them to a control system of your power. im at such a control system right now where exactly do i turn these in?
the general market does not want them. in contacts i only can get pp goods of my faction.

The answer is "it depends".

PowerPlay goods are only useful to other powers, if they are from the same superpower. That means Felicia Winters and Zachary Hudson can pirate each other and that Aisling Duval, Arissa Lavigny-Duval, Denton Patreus and Zemina Torval can pirate each other. There are no exceptions to this.

As such, if you're pledged to an Independent or Alliance power, you have no usage for pirated PowerPlay goods.

thanks! so i decided to jetison it because i can't turn them in.
i would apprichiate to have these infos appear ingame, as like an smart tooltip.
