Newcomer / Intro Where under Gameplay support do I open ticket? Load Failed preventing me from playing

Getting a load error when trying to open my save game. Cannot for the life of me find the "open ticket" option under gameplay support. Is it buried?

I have the same message, was ingame and it crashed and now have the load error message.

Yep, I've tried every graphics option under the sun...multiple crash to black screens. Had to switch to Horizons to even get my ship back to a station. Now I can't load my Commander.

I could not see any "Odyssey" specific items in the drop-down "issues" list, there is one for Elite Dangerous PC Gameplay but that probably won't suit. So here is the page for a general "Submit a Request" (which is what they call "open a ticket" these days):
