Been around several likely systems, found one selling the scout version but none selling explorer :( Tried big pop industrial and high tech, no dice.

where can I buy the verdammt thing?

Lembava also has them for 15% off iirc. I am pretty sure the Scout is full price at Wolf 406, unless they fixed that.

But imo, the Explorer is something of a lemon. There are definitely better ways to spend money in ED. Unfortunately lighting your CR on fire to keep your space mittens toasty isn't a option on the systems panel.
