Newcomer / Intro Where's a good place to base myself for on-foot missions in the Bubble?

One of my accounts has returned to the Bubble after years away in Colonia. I got to know all the best systems there for gathering on-foot materials, especially stuff required to unlock the Odyssey engineers. Now I need a similar station for the Bubble - somewhere that gives good missions, of the sneak/assassination types, as well as salvage.

Can you recommend anywhere, especially where two or more factions give missions against each other?

Maybe you could revisit some of your old haunts. ! expect you would find that some things have changed - and you might even be able to re-connect with old in-game friends if they are still around and go on joint operations to harvest the materials.
