Yeah, the "support" team won't help.
The exact same happened to me during a thargoid artifacts CG a while back. I inadvertently sold all my +700 collected sensors because who knows how long before I had sold like 2 sensors for peanuts and the sale order remained active, so of course they went out in a flash.
All the support team said to me was "Oops, sorry about that, mate. Not the game's fault. We can't restore your sensors. Oh-seven, fly safe, kthxbye."
indeed. Good way to lose customers, that.
