Newcomer / Intro Where's My Ship...?

After the last upgrade, then when I start the game, I wind up starting in the concourse...
Then I can NOT go to the Express Lift to get back to my ship... Says " Cannot Interact…" ...
Do we need to Download a Patch to Fix this problem...?
If so, Then Where to Download Patch...? Also, can someone Provide a Link to Patch...?
Now, Where's my Ship...?

There are 3 sets of lifts, Apex, Frontline and the docking bay lifts, if you go to either of the first two this is the message you get if you don't have a booking. Can you confirm you are going to the right set of lifts? Other issues, you apex'd to this station and your ship is in another station? Try going to the Inter Astra office and see where your ship is and see if you can select the one the current station from there. Basically need more info for this issue.

I Tried All The Express Lift, every single one of them...
Also, at the loading the game, Does Not show image of a my ship...
Instead, show a 3D image of a guy in space suit...
And Also, the Very start of game loading, the Software does Not say Work on Generating Planets Surfaces...
Only round circle Goes to 50% , and no more...
What do I need to Do...?

That's all normal behaviour of the game.
It sounds like you either took an apex taxi or hitched a ride in somebody else's ship to a different station from the one where your ship is. Either use the galaxy map to find where your ship is and take a taxi back there, or if the station you're at now has a shipyard you can go to the Inter Astra desk and get your ship transferred to you.

The guy in the space suite is you on foot, that's normal. You need to actually tell us if you have a ship at this station/FC/Outpost, we don't know where you are, how you got there, what lifts you are trying, you need to actually supply the requested information to be helped. Is there an Inter Astra at this station, or is it an Outpost or Fleet Carrier, "where are you?" is the first and most important question. Second, "how did you get there?" is the next, answer those two and we may be able to help!

I'll start explaining from the Beginning...
I use Windows 10 Home Premium...

I have a ASP Explorer...
I'm in the Boston Base in the Barnard's Star system...A few days ago, I got a mission to Deliver Passengers to this Station...
After delivering the Passengers and receive credits, I Click on Disembark to go to the Concourse...
Then, instead of being Outside my ship, I Wound Up with a Blank screen all black with Nothing...
I tried using the Joystick to Walk around, Still nothing Just blank screen...
I tried the ESC Button to Exit the game, However, still blank screen with no options to exit the game...
I tried to Press the Windows Task bar button on my keyboard, Still nothing, Just a black screen...
I tried to press Ctrl+Alt+Del buttons to Open the Task Manager to see if I can End Process of the Game, Still Just blank black screen...
After Many other things I Tried, I Wound up Shutting Down my computer Manually...
Then, I had other things to do, So I didn't go back to the game Until just today...
When I got back to the game, I wound up Starting in the Concourse Instead of from Inside My Ship...
Then, I Tried All The Express Lift, every single one of them, They keep saying "unable to interact, No Ship" in the bay...
Also, at the loading the game, Does Not show image of a my ship...
Instead, shows a 3D image of a guy in space suit...
And Also, the Very start of game loading, the Software does Not say Work on Generating Planets Surfaces...
Only round circle Goes to 50% , and no more...
What do I need to Do...?

Go to Intra Astra, Boston Base is a Coliolis with a shipyard so they certainly have an Inter Astra, see if you can select your ship there. That was suggested in the very second post, you need to try things we suggest not ignore them!

Already stated if you are on foot IT SHOWS YOUR IMAGE AS A PERSON, you are on foot in the concourse so it shows you on foot. If you were in an SRV it would show you in an SRV, if you are in a ship it shows you in a ship!

There are 3 sets of lifts in the concourse, have you tried all three sets, but the first thing to do is go to Intra Astra, if the game crashed it may still show your ship at the last station, at Inter Astra you can then call it to you. Go to Inter Astra and tell us what you see. If it shows your current ship at the current station then make sure to try to dock lifts and not the Apex lifts or the Frontline lifts, these are all in separate areas.

As stated the spinning image when you start the game shows whichever type of ship you are in or which of the two SRVs you are driving or your figure in a flight or space suit if you are on foot. The startup graphics tuning timers quite often don’t go smoothly all the way to 100 but jump to the end so all that is normal.

When on foot and starting the game at a station you will be just in front of the lifts to the hangers where your ship should be, as it doesn’t seem to be there you should as suggested check the maps to see where it is then either get Inter Astra to transfer it to where you are or get an Apex shuttle to where it is.

However as the game hung up your machine last time it is likely that if you follow the links in the launcher to the support page and raise a ticket with them they will relocate your ship to where you are or vice versa depending which is in the wrong place.

Just a mention on this, this is an option available to turn on or off in the settings menu, if your game crashed as you say it may have corrupted your settings file that would have been regenerated on next startup and this option may have been set to "no" instead of "yes".

how about loading horizons? back then when we stranded on planets with horizons we loaded elite with no horizons and were set back into ship in space. not sure if similar works with odyssey and horizons. 👀

In theory it should, I've never tried it with Odyssey, problem is with the game apparantly crashing we still have no idea what has happened to the OP's ship, if it's just a matter of calling it from IA it shouldn't be a problem.

I went to the Intra Astra, Does Not show my Ship, Nor also I Can Not interact, Can Not access the interface when in front of the Hologram Display...
Then, I tried all 3 sets of Lifts in the concourse, Still Can Not "Interact" , one of them says, "No Ship Docked", another one says "No Dropship", And the other one says "No Shuttle Booked" ...

Talk to the person behind the counter! The display is not an interactive part of the IA, I find it surprising I have to say this but I guess we all learn things at our own pace. The "No Dropship" is Frontline, no need to check them anymore, the "no shuttle booked" is Apex, no need to check them anymore, the "no ship docked" is the correct set, now either talk to the "person behind the counter" at Inter Astra or check the galaxy map to find out where your ship is. Once you have done that you can either call it to you using Inter Astra and use the dock lifts to get to your ship or book a taxi to that location using the Apex shuttle service and use the shuttle lifts to get to the shuttle.

Ok you can try the galaxy map to see where your ship is, it will be marked with a ship icon in the galaxy map, if you can't see it there then it definitely is time to contact customer support, I haven't heard of anyone having their ship deleted by the game before, but I guess there's a first time for everything. As some have suggested you could try logging to Horizons, it may be that your ship is registered as destroyed and therefore not registered anywhere, and you may hit the rebuy screen and have to pay insurance to buy it back.
