Horizons Where's the Horizons Steam Key?

I went through the Partner Keys tab and generated an Elite: Dangerous steam key, but it says that my account already owns the product associated with that key, which means it's the key for the standard Elite: Dangerous.

Is there anywhere else I should be looking to find the Horizons key?

I have just created an Horizons key using the method you described. It listed my ED key and then below it the choice to create an Horizons key. if you have just created your ED key you may need to log out and back for the Horizons key creation to show up.

Support site says 'most' should have a key now .. but yeah I am still waiting - lifetime acc - kickstarter backer.
