Where's the Icarus Cup?

Not trying to poke the dragon, but after the failed CQC tournament, Zac came out with the Icarus Cup, and the sign up post is now locked. We're talking about 2016... Anybody knows what's going on with this?

The lesson of the day is don't believe a word that they say or type..

That said from my observations if you suck up enough to the developers then you get nice things..
