Are there any good systems within the Alliance systems to find pvp? I'm currently building up a bounty on my head and am trying to find someone to try and collect it, but I don't know where everyone is. I've been hanging out at Lave, but it's pretty empty. Are there any other popular systems?

Most PVP I've seen is Anarchy nav point hunting. Once two sidewinders thought they should blast my cobra while I was scooping up slaves, so I SCed out, SCed right back in and blasted one of them to bits. The other first ran, then thought Sidewinder vs Cobra ramming was a valid tactic.
Another time someone thought it was ok to scoop up the stuff I shot from a type 6 cargo hatch, so being an almost idle target I opened up and sadly by the time I realized he had dumped the cargo again he was at 0%
Some nub in a cobra once tried to kill me for "RP reasons" while I was chasing a drug lord, but then he ran.
That's basically everything that happened in the 5 or so hours I actually did open play anarch nav points, so something every 2 hours...

Just buy a Frame Shift Drive Interdictor and go out and get PVP! Works in any system! I had a great fight against a guy in a cobra, I ended up winning but the pilot was competent and had me heavily damaged so i ended up losing some credits in that fight after repairing!
I've mentioned this before...and I don't have time to setup the web app/site (I'm going to even assume there's some open source code to do it)...But someone should setup a ladder/league and orchestrate PvP events.
Basically people can register on the site, go there and sign up to fight/compete at different times. Say which system you'll be in and when. Maybe even where to meet. Fight and then log who won. I don't know, fight until you're tired of fighting. At least you can then find someone to PvP with.
This is part of the problem with a playable area so large.

How did you know the player was competent when everyone shows up as Harmless?
Also 95% of players run or disconnect when interdicted. There really is no solid PvP.

Well Jeebus Chukk, whenever I see you you're in an anaconda. I'm not exactly going gunning for you. My python is parked in Lave because it's honestly not fun to fight with it. Jump in a cobra or a viper or something and let's play!
Oh, and if you want some decent pirating at least, just use all the third-party trading software to find the good routes. And camp them.

For 1million credits, I gotta make it a challenge. It's a shame there's really no way to split the bounty, but I'm hoping someone will group up with a friend or two and try to take me out. Or maybe someone will be good enough to kill me solo. Either way, I'll just keep racking up a bounty until someone decides they want to try and kill an Anaconda for huge credits.
....Either that or I'll jump into a sidewinder after I've racked up like 5million. lol. Can you imagine running across a sidewinder with a 5million credit bounty?
