Where's update 1.2.4?

Where's the next update that's supposed to fix the crashing caused by the initial April update? Game has become unplayable and crashes after 10 mins of playing. My computer is well above the required specs and has had no issues the past 6 months with this game until the first April update came out. Get it together frontier.
 
In developement, I assume. I'm sorry you are expieriencing problems but
a. is the Dev-Team always working on the game and bug fixing isn't like placing a plaster over a booboo. and
b. we are having a pandemic right now, forcing the team to work from home and apart from another. That makes communication challenging. However, communication when bug hunting is essential. So yes, it might take them longer than usual.

Chances are, they don't know the reason for the crashing yet.

Then they should either offer a refund or let us roll back to 1.1 like CA and Paradox and others do.
 
The point of that message is that it is ludicrous for them to ask for a save file to troubleshoot an issue that occurs in the main menu, and that this shows me that there's somebody going through a checklist rather than anyone actually troubleshooting our issue. I did provide the save file in the hopes that the sooner they can get through their checklist the sooner they can actually look at what I've reported and try to resolve the problem.
 
I don't get the point you are trying to make with that message. But I guess you have a point.
It ain't fun if the game won't run.
 
If the freezing occurs when I am in the main menu, how am I supposed to provide the affected savefile? Which savefile is affected?

In the end I sent them every save file in my system.

Which is also the same zoo as shown in the main menu (so you can continue the last played zoo)?

That would be the most logical one to send.

It's extremely annoying/frustrating not able to play a game, but I rather see them properly fix the latest issues - without setting off a chain-reaction of different bugs.

Like I said, I sent them my whole save file folder, and they've already let me know that the save files did not help dupe the issue. Hopefully they're through their checklist now and actually working on the issue, but with literally dozens of bug reports and over a month since the update I am not holding my breath.
 
Hayo, the team is currently working on Update 1.2.4 as we speak. We're working hard on fixing issues our community have raised with us, and are aiming to have Update 1.2.4 out early next week.
Is the freezing issue one of the things that will be fixed in 1.2.4 or do they still not know the root cause of that issue?
 
So is your game crashing 10 minutes after playing as stated in OP or in main menu as stated here? You seem all over the place and just raging at Frontier, which will not help anybody.
10 minutes of playtime, whether thats playing in a zoo for 10 minutes or leaving the main menu running for 10 minutes.
 
Is this a common issue for people? I just ask cause I haven't experienced it at all.
