Which animals would you need to have your country represented to a satisfying degree?

As a Floridian most of the species others have said would complete US representation. Big shout out to the Black bear and sandhill Crane for Florida specifically. I would also be cool with a American crocodile, raccoon , wolverine, alligator snapping turtle, etc.

As a Puerto Rican I wanna add a special shout out to coqui’s our endemic unique frog species that gives birth to fully formed frogs and has an iconic song it sings.

I have of course omitted aviary creatures and fully aquatic creatures for the sake of brevity

Spanish here, Iberian Lynx, Iberian Wolf, Wildcat, Common genet (though its not native, but also expands Africa), Iberian Ibex and Pyrinean Chamois
If we want to expand to the whole peninsula, the Gibraltar Monkeys, and outside the peninsula, any of the Canarian giant reptiles would work.

For small animals, there aren't any special bugs or lizards not already in game, though any outsider might like any specific kind that I can't think of.

If somehow small mammals or flying birds are introduced there is a lot of play here

If we're excluding flying birds, then a complete NZ roster would only need the kiwi and tuatara in terms of what I would realistically expect from Frontier.

The little blue penguin would be a bonus.
