At arms end I looked into the abyss, over to the other galaxies. And there I recognized some "spots" that I've never seen before. Since I'm pretty sure that some pilots have seen and identified this before me I'm just asking 
Here is a picture with some features for orientation (I apologize for the low resolution but my screen is just TV from … well it's probably 10 years old now):
The features of interest can't be seen in the above picture. Two of the system's stars are in the picture for further orientation. In the next picture the features can already be made out (albeit faintly):
And this is the best picture I can get with the limited resolution of my TV-screen:
The feature above the right arrow seems quite clearly to be a galaxy seen from the side. But which one is it?
The feature to the right of the left arrow is really hard to see in the images. On screen it looked like a star cluster, but in this region of space I can see just this area of higher star density (image from edastro):
Could it be that? Or would that be too far away (distance approx. 1600 ly).
