Which bounties for which stations?

It tells you the faction the bounty is claimable at on your transactions tab on the left menus.
Federation bounties are claimable in any Federation station or outpost, similarly Alliance and Empire. Bounties for minor faction have to be claimed in stations owned by those factions.
In case you are wandering about the station menu, the bounty claiming page is under contacts, then local law enforcement (or something of that ilk).
