There is a surprising amount from Antarctica, especially considering that the glaciers have carved a lot of it away. There's really only two known sites with mesozoic dinosaurs to my knowledge, being the Early Jurassic Hanson formation and Late Cretaceous Snow Hill Island formation, though both of them are quite prolific and actually have some decent preservation (Imperobator is based on an almost complete foot for example).
Outside of dinos there's also a surprising good record for the Eocene from the La Meseta formation and from the Early to Middle Triassic Fremouw formation.
