as the title said, when i was upgrade empire rank , i discovered the imperial slaves Procurement task have huge reward.

but this kind of task have some limit ,such as extaction economy, civil liberty stats ...

i know this kind of task need great relationship with local faction , but it very cost time to upgrade faction relationship.

I know in this forums have many senior ED player , please give me some empire station to get enough CR to buy some cutter.

Generally speaking Imperial-owned Industrial and Agricultural markets have the largest supply of I.Slaves.
EDDB is the tool to use if you want to know specifics - there's thousands to choose from, which might be 30ly from you or 300 so asking for a specific one is a little unusual.

Yimanbin and Ehecatl are two perennial favourites, but you can find Imperial-owned markets in systems that aren't themselves Imperial-owned where supplies are even higher. Here's a list of the lowest prices, often (not always) tied to the highest supplies:

HP 8444 used to have short runs that allowed Imp rank rise quite quickly. May be worth a trip to see if this is still the rule.

That's where I jumped to Duke for the Cutter in a tolerable time span.
