Only a few Minutes ago when I wanted to normally end my Work for today, I've learned that I'm capable to run slightly faster than a escaped Pony
I'm not really doing Sport in my free Time, so it was really surprising. I assume it was possible due to the Body producing more Adrenaline to cope with the Situation. Only Downside, my Throat hurts now

Found out today that the most popular problem with buying your own home is that no one checks that the roof is airtight and in working order! And then when they move in and the first rain they realize that their roof leaks and needs repair! And find a normal team to repair or replace the roof in general is very difficult, there are many services and companies that can help with this)) So let's pay attention to the roof when buying not to face such problems and high costs)

Hope it won't take too much Time and Money to fix it
