Isn't mass the important factor, a golf ball is very small compared to a balloon, but the golf balls mass is far greater.

That star still has 4 times the mass of the planet.
Density is the big difference here.

Star = 0.0078 solar masses.
1 solar mass = 1.989 x 10^30 kg
1.989x10^30 x 0.0078 = 15.5 x 10^27 kg

Planet = 641.6068 earth masses.
1 Earth mass = 5.972 x 10^24 kg
5.972x10^24 x 641.6068 = 3.8 x 10^27 kg

15.5 / 3.8 = 4.0789.

Star is only 4 times as massive as the planet.
What a bizarre system. Wow.

The star's radius amounts to 32700 km, by the way, so it's definitely smaller than the planet.

Nice find indeed but as being said, mass is what is important here. You could put neutron star containing several Solar masses in Manhattan:
