which is right E:D Website Hull Stats or Coriolis Hull Stats?

Having flown and equipped many of the ships in Elite, I believe that https://coriolis.io is correct on their Hull stat over the values that are shown at: https://www.elitedangerous.com/ships#ships under the Catalogue section, but maybe I'm missing something and the Mamba really does have a base hull stat of 414 while the Dropship only has 300 (Coriolis lists them as Mamba: 250 and Dropship: 580)

Am I seeing the values that FDev originally intended for these ships before they were modified in Beta? What's the story?

Interesting. I've always assumed that Coriolis is accurate. Waiting to see what replies you get.

I do know that coriolis is not 100% accurate with it's engineering values on certain modules but can't answer about base stats on ship hulls...sorry.

And I'm not knocking coriolis, it's a great site, I use a lot. Massive kudos to the team/person who built and maintain it...must be a nightmare keeping up with all of the changes to engineers, modules, ships etc..

All I can tell you is that on the official site Federal Dropship has 200 shields , 300 armor, 580 hull mass,
while in game its 104 shields, 540 armor, 580 hull mass. Pretty much as coriolis shows.

yeah, I've always found Coriolis to be a pretty close match to in-game values... Seems pretty embarrassing that the company that makes the game is publishing the wrong stats for their own ships on their own website though... I know these things are typically managed by separate teams, but the values aren't even close. Makes me wonder if the original plans were more inline with the values on the Elite Dangerous website, but the values have been updated since and the website hasn't... though they've added the Mamba so it must've been updated fairly recently :(

I just checked the Mamba and Coriolis also shows 414 integrity for me. Are you sure you're not looking at the hull mass, which is 250t?

edit: Same is true for the Dropship values. I'm pretty sure you're comparing mass with integrity.

This official Elite page appeared in this form at the beginning of December, just before 3.3 update.

I've ordered both lists by Armour stat. Seems they don't even end up ordered the same:

That's odd, but Coriolis / EDShipyard are correct. The Frontier community pages are almost always out of date.

If you open up Shipyard and look to buy a Type-10 the stated (base) armour value is 1,044 - so Coriolis is right and the Frontier "ships" page is wrong. Very pretty, but wrong. Trust me. I have spent a LOT of time collecting and checking stats recently.
