The Moray Starboat, but only when planetary landings are possible on atmosphere'd planets, allowing you to go submersible in this cheeky number.

Thinking about it, I wonder if the Orca and Beluga would also be submersible? They do bear a striking resemblance to the James Bond submersible Lotus....
