Will have a look - but my favorite ship in all the games is the Osprey X from FFE. It could be configured with a decent laser, Naval ECM, and had 30LY+ (a lot in FFE), and cargo. If you used it as a naval courier, the systems were so close, you could sometimes arrive before you left due to rounding.
It was good at its job, fun but not without risk and nothing else made me feel like a time traveller in any Elite Game.
