The system has both refinery and industrial economies available. It all depends on the station you land at. The one you have highlighted has mainly a refinery economy with some industrial.

The screenshots are for the same station. But we have different information in the System View to what it says on the Commodities screen.

The First in the list I thought, as it seems logical, is the Primary economy, the second one shown is the Secondary economy (I bet you guessed that before you read it :D ) It does make a difference, and as such I trust the System view information and not what it says in the Commodities screen.

I've even seen Allegiances be different. Next time I see one I post a screen grab.
