Im currently in LTT 15574 at Yaping Dock and switching between the two planets doing bounties at the ringed planets there and collecting credits to save up. When Im done Im going to be going to get some upgrades for my Cobra MkIII or even a new ship if I have enough so where is the best place for Ships, Weapons and Gear? Someone posted somewhere that they were at a certain dock because they always had the best weapons and gear and I would like to know where a good place is. Hopefully you guys know a place that has some good bounty hunting areas (Hi REZ Areas) nearby as well as the good tech. Thanks guys

Well, the answer is Jameson Memorial, in Shinrarta Dezhra. (Jameson has every ship/module at all times) But you have to be Elite to gain access to that system. The Liu yong Ruiz (however it's spelled) controlled systems have a discount, but you'll def have to bounce around a few systems to get everything you want.
Look for high high tech economy systems. They tend to have the best outfitting.

Look for high-tech systems or if you already know what you're looking for you can try the Inara or Eddb websites, just check how recent the outfitting data is before going there.
Even though I'm an Aisling Duval pledge and usually remain in her space, I often end up going to the Nomen Vision station in the HIP 112113 in Torval space for my outfitting needs. That station has a very good selection because it's high tech.

Most stations in high tech systems have every module type and the bulk of modules within each type. Anything a particular system lacks can usually be found at another high tech system nearby. I don't think there's really a 'best' system for this apart from Shinrata.

Any high tech system should have a good array ships and modules. You can filter the map to find them.
You can also use out of game tools to narrow it down exactly.

Heh, was just about to post exactly the same thing.
My fleet is parked up at Ohm City.
It's pretty-much in the middle of all the engineers, which is handy, it's got a good supply of stuff itself and I've never had to make more than one jump to get modules that aren't found there.
The only "down-side" is that Ohm City is 1000Ls from the star.
It only takes a couple of minutes to fly there but it can be irritating.
On the bright side, that also means you don't seem to get many other CMDRs bothering to visit it so you can usually relax once you arrive in LHS 20.
I have access to Jameson but I still leave my ships in LHS 20, mostly 'cos it's most efficient for engineer access.
Aside from what's already been said about Jameson Memorial in Shinrarta Dezhra, these are stations I use for a lot of outfitting at a discount. All are within LYR space so they have a 15% discount on standard market price.

Actually it was the £5 tier of the kickstarter to get access. Founder reward was the option of starting at Jameson in a tricked out Cobra and some small amount of credits
Didn't you have to get Elite in CQC to get access to it or something?
