It would be wonderfully useful to be able to plot out a route without having to wait for it to fail to see if you can mysteriously predict the magic location it stopped for the permits. If you could turn them off, in the same manner you can turn on KGBFOAM, you could see where you needed to go to get around such areas.
While I'm here.. Can we add a filter to the Galaxy map, like the star class filters, that will allow you to show or not show permit locked stars?

You got my vote.... Currently working in an area surrounded by permit locks and being about to filter them out or in would be handy.
