Dont think thats a good place fora mini nuke.. als got some super mutants in the cargo hold?
I suspect that's a vintage energy bomb from 3270, and as such probably deactivated. Good to see one intact though, these days you mostly see them with the casing turned into a flower pot or umbrella stand or something.

I used to carry one around in case of problems with the law. If I did get problems, I waited for them to swarm behind me, then dropped it, and problem solved! Was interesting to know you've completely wiped out the law in a specific system!

You need the bomb dangling from the ceiling on a belt of machine gun ammo.
You shall decorate the now empty place with a combat knife and a brahmin-skull
I also recommend a pilot helmet for your bobblehead,
it is not known if unintentional exposure to rapid decompression will
damage your near mint there
